Understanding Karma Warnings and Notifications

by GoPro ‎09-30-2019 07:28 PM - edited ‎08-06-2020 10:11 PM
Question
What are Karma's warnings and notifications?

Where does it apply?
  • Karma

Answer
The controller displays notifications to alert you of important situations. Here are some examples:
  • Searching for GPS
  • Ready to Start
  • Place Karma on level surface
  • Karma's battery is too low for takeoff
  • Fully extend the arms and landing gear
  • Maximum distance reached
  • No Fly Zone - turn around
  • Karma is flying to a safe altitude, then returning to you
  • Karma's Battery temperature is high - land soon
In the event that a notification appears, simply respond to the message by selecting one of the options presented or act on the matter by following the message's directions.

Many notifications also include voice alerts. If you turn the Voice Alerts setting off, notifications still appear on the touch display.
