"No outputTopVideo and outputBottomVideo" Error When Exporting in the GoPro Player

What's the issue?
While exporting a video in the GoPro Player, the following error message appears:

How to fix it
 
  1. Check the micro SD card
    • This error tends to happen when a portion the source .360 file is potentially corrupt. This can sometimes be the result of recording with an under-performing micro SD card. Please check out our list of recommended sd cards to make sure you're 
  2. Trimming a part of the video
    • If you notice that the export always fails at the same point, then it's possible that part of the source video file is corrupt. Trimming that part off should resolve the issue.
