MAX - TimeWarp Video

by GoPro GoPro on ‎10-04-2019 12:34 PM - edited 2 weeks ago
With MAX you have the ability to record TimeWarp Video in both 360 and HERO Mode.

If you're new to TimeWarp Video, please visit What is TimeWarp Video?

With TimeWarp 2.0, we have added the ability to set the recording rate to Auto. With MAX, Auto is only available in HERO Mode. With the setting set to Auto, MAX will adjust the recording speed based on motion, scene detection, and lighting. You can even slow down the effect to real time (via toggle icon on rear LCD) and then tap to speed it back up.

When shooting in 360, you will need to pick a recording speed. Below are some examples of what you might want to have your camera set to.
