Sometimes when troubleshooting ReelSteady GO issues, you might be requested to send a log file to GoPro's Customer Support to get a closer look into your environment.
The following steps explain how to retrieve the log file on Windows and macOS:
Your log file can be found at the following path, replacing <username> with your account name/login:
Heads Up: If Windows is installed on a drive other than C: you will need to change the path to match.
- From the Finder app, select "Go" then "Go to Folder..."
- Type the directory path: ~/Library/Logs/Unity/
- The log file will be called "Player.log"
