GoPro camera is no longer being recognized under My Devices on GoPro App for Desktop. Currently, using a micro SD card adapter will display a mass storage device on the Desktop; however, other applications(including Image Capture) still won't recognize the camera.
Or if the camera is recognized under My Devices, but there are "No Files to Import" appears and the "Space Used" bar is clearly showing some data inside the micro SD card.

Sometimes the Mac would need a USB port reset to reactive several hardware settings.
- Choose Apple menu > Shut Down.
- Locate the following keys on the keyboard: Shift + Control + Option + Power Button.
- Hold the button combination for about 5 seconds and release them all at the same time.
- Turn on your Mac.
Please make sure NOT to change the folder names and structure on the SD card. For example, do NOT rename the "DCIM" folder.
If you have rename the folders, please make sure to change the folders back to their original name. As a reminder, you must use a micro SD card adapter to change the file folder name.
