I have been trying everything I can to contact support for GoPro-and have had no response. We purchased a Hero 5 Black Last December, but used it for the first time last week. Within 4 days the screen went blank.
I am fairly techy so I was able to do all of the things suggested on the support site for this issue, but it's still not working. I have tried for over a week to get support on the phone or chat, but the support line doesn't answer after 30 minutes on hold, and the chat always says "Agents are helping other customers, please try again later."
I sent a message via Twitter, and got a response that I should keep trying the support line. I've tried that-it doesn't work.
I sent an email to the CEO of the company.
I posted on this support hub yesterday. Nobody got back to me.
I filed a complaint with the FTC today as a result.
