Did you read my reply? The buffer in the support form does not allow a "0" at the beginning of the phone number. Therefore when I enter 080 3106 1950 I get a message stating " You cannot have a zero ot the beginning of a number." Do you understand the word "BEGINNING"? So, look at the number, where is the zero? It's at  "080" . Therefore, I have to erase the first zero, which is the 080. Do you follow? So the number in the buffer is 80 3106 1950. Your statement " the zero at the beginning of the number is dropped. To confirm, your Japanese mobile number is (080)-106-1950. Is this correct?" is not correct. The zero at the beginning ... 080. OPEN YOUR EYES AND START THINKING.
