My order is forgotten
I think I just have to give up on my order.
I decided to take advantage of trade-up program and order a Fusion. I did that in Nov 18. My old camera was sent right away and got there Nov 21. I got an e-mail showing the status of order is processing at warehouse. About a week later I chatted with a customer service about the order. She promised me to send e-mail with more detail, but that everything was in order.
2 weeks already passed, every time I check, my order is still pending. Processing at warehouse.
I never got anymore e-mail.
