At about 9:00 am the support page told me that my call was in the queue. I kept my phone with me every moment of the day, in the toilette, at trhe lunch table, at the staff meeting ... everywhere. But no call. It's now Nov. 27 at 10:00 pm and I have to get to bed soon. I'll try again tomorrow and the day after and the day after and the day after ... I believe that in the business world GoPro's supprt model is unprecedented. I wonder how this will turn out? Not just my case but the GoPro company in the long run. Word of mouth is very important for any company.
