Let the bells ring and the banners fly! GoPro contacted me today. My issue has been resolved ... I think. We'll see what haqppens in the next ferw days. What a relief! This is how I feel ... it's something like the Stockholm Syndrome ... you feel such relief that you actually feel something like empathy for the bad guys. An important lesson learned ... caveat emptor! (Let the buyer beware!)
