Gopro billing issue
Dear Gopro
I'm continuously contacted by your billing service as "We're having trouble authorizing your payment method on file." whereas I was only PARTIALLY debited on my purchase.
I'll clearly not update my CB account without knowing exactly for what I'll be charged for ( and I checked, it's not a pishing attempt as the request came really from U and redirect to your web site).
 
As your support is never responding, can you please contact me by MAIL ????

It's crasy :

  • I got the support by phone that said my account is clean and I have no debt
  • but I got a mail now saying my account has been canceled ... and, yes, I can't use it anymore.

 

CAN YOU PLEASE CHECK AND BE CONSISTENT, PLEASE ??? Let me know what is going wrong !
