Go Pro HERO 9 won't open or charging

Hello guys, 

I bought my Go Pro 9 last week. But now it won't open or charging. Tried everything from the youtube but still no chance.

Can anyone tell me how to contact go pro customer service and if you solve this problem just tell me how. I live in Australia.

Good luck with customer service. I've found it's a total waste of time.  If under warranty I'd return it for a refund and go with another brand.

I have the warranty but still, I cannot contact them to proceed.

If paid by credit card you might get help thru them. You can expect this kind of support or lack of from GoPro. It won't get better.
