I've now been on hold for 35:19 without anyone from "Support" answering. I tried the Chat function at least a dozen times and get the "Sorry, all agents are helping other customers right now. Please try again later." every single time. I have a top-of-the-line Hero 5 and I signed up for GoPro Plus".
I am having technical difficulties when trying to order another $350 camera and $200 worth of accessories. No matter what I do, the sire won't recognize my GoPro Plus account. That means I can't take advantage of the 20% off for being a member. All this AFTER giving them my CC # for the Plus subscription.
Is anyone there?
