Made the mistake of subscribing through iTunes, but cancelled it in June ... they've veen charging my credit card every month since then, and trying to close the account, i says "you need to cancel the subscription through iTunes". When I send them the screenshot of my iTunes cancellation they say it's Apple's problem; Apple says, reasonably, it's a GoPro issue. Meantime, I keep being charged month after month. No call backs, no help whatsoever.
Seriously, this is now just robbery. Completely unethical.
What do I have to do? Cancel my credit card??
The customer support here makes those Instagram junk sellers look impressive!
