A suggestion to GOPro owners.

It's clear that customer support is virtually nonexistent. I suggest that as soon as you have a support problem contact your credit card provider and file a complaint. The next action is to contact the Better Business Bureau or any other consumer advocacy group in your area. Finally, word of mouth is the most powerful way of affecting a company's bottom line. Tell people about your experience and let them know the name of the company you're having issues with. GoPro treats you poorly, fight back.
