Hi , just wanted to vent my frustration in getting hold of anyone at GoPro to sort out a warranty issue.
I have tried the UK technical support number 6 times over the last three weeks on all ocasions waited for up to 30 mins with no answer!
The call back service says that the mailbox is full.
The online chat service says that it is very busy and asks that you try again?
What's the issue? GoPro is a premium product that comands a premium price, poor customer service is not acceptable. Love the product but your contempt to the customer will ultimetly send them to look elswhere...
I only have a battery problem......that needs sorting........
