warranty
I need to send my camera to warranty, is it necessary to include accessories (case), even if the fault is present, under water?

This is a member to member support community so we do not handle returns/exchanges.

If they deem the camera qualifies for an exchange, they will issue you a RMA (return merchandise authorization), instructions on what to send back, and a mailing label. In most cases, they only want the camera and no other accessories or battery. Always remove the battery and do not send it with your return. If you send anything other than what is stated on the RMA, GoPro will not replace it.
