With GoPro being such a large international company, why don’t you have a designated
department where one could about the service GoPro provides or as is often the case, doesn’t provide. I have spent the best part of the day chasing up an order which god knows where it is. I contact the live chat team who were not very forthcoming with answers.

Did you not read my thread? I do not want to leave feedback where it gets filed in the bin. I want to make a complaint and to have a two way dialogue with someone from GoPro who can explain to me what is going on as this delay in sales is becoming a joke.
