Why is GoPro (A USA Co.) outsourcing tech support to India?

I recently tried to call GoPro tech support...
I was amazed that GoPro outsources their tech support to India. I question this practice, and honestly as a computer/network tech I am sick of that unintelligible indian/english uk accent! Before I get hate for this statement, yes there are some good and understandable Indian tech support personnel, but they are few and far between. It's all about the money.. it SHOULD be all about the SERVICE/SUPPORT!
We need to bring those jobs back to the USA! GoPro... are you listening???

@jefft I read it somewhere online (cant remember where) and when I called weeks ago with a question the rep did have a thick and obvious indian accent.
So where is the GoPro call center located?

Our support team always tries to help as much as possible, however there are certain things outside their control. Is there something in particular that they were unable to assist with?
