@spiryflame15735 - The option to change the user name was a feature that had been on for a while, but based on comments like these, appears not to be on right now. We're reaching out to the team that manages that feature and will post more info when we get it.
Just to make sure everyone understands how this works, the nicknames are set by your account at GoPro.com. Some users are trying to change their names here on the Support Hub. Every time you log into the Support Hub, we pull in your account info from your GoPor.com account, so if you change your name here, it will be overwritten the next time you log in. To change your name, you'll want to change it on your GoPro.com account.
If you want to delete your account, you can contact our Customer Support team - contact info at https://gopro.com/help/PKBContactus - and they can try to help you out. But, deleting an account and getting a new one won't solve this issue. You'll just be given another random nickname.

@jefft hey mate im having an issue with a go pro i bought second hand the origianal owners capture account is synced to it at the moment im just wondering how i would go reseting it or removeing the accouont entirely ?

@samwise94 - Doing a reset on the password and wifi name should take care of that for you. Instructions are at https://gopro.com/help/articles/Block/How-to-Reset-the-Camera-s-Wi-Fi-Name-and-Password.

Also change nickname. I need to use it and synch it with app!!!!
