Stop cheating by not calling back and do what you should do - Treat customers well

My Case no. 04145650

My Go-Pro caught fire and i returned it back to your singapore office . I received an approval for. 40% discount on purchasing any new product but ever since then no one has answered my calls or responded . Its become a **bleep** show and i want someone to call me back.
