Mal servicio postventa

Es increíble las facilidades que ofreceis para comprar, y lo increíble y dificil que es contactar con vosotros, con la cantidad de medios de los que disponemos hoy en día.

 

Realicé un pedido, y recibí el doble de lo que había solicitado. Ahora que necesito asesoramiento para la devolución, y no puedo contactar con vosotros, debido a la escasez de vuestros horarios, ni un destino de correo electrónico.

 

Muy deficitario el soporte a clientes.

Sorry to hear about the trouble, @walrus64. How were you contacting Support? Were you attempting to chat or request a callback through https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs ? Were you getting any error message? Be sure that you are contacting Support during the hours of operation indicated in the contact page. You may also try changing the location to the US, using Google Chrome or an incognito browser. Let us know how it goes. Thanks!

Were you getting any error message? Be sure that you are contacting Support during the hours of operation indicated in the contact page.
