Hello @coolspirit07570. On the screenshot that you provided, do you see anything else below the part that says "I want to discuss an existing case?" If you can post a full screenshot, it will help us greatly to see what the issue is with contacting our Support team.
We tried it on our end and below such portion is a form that can be filled out. Once the form is filled out, clicking on "Contact Us" at the bottom will give you two options - to initiate a chat and to request a callback.
