If there is moisture in the battery compartment, it's likely that there has been some water damage. Unfortunately, there's not a fix we can provide you here on the Support Hub for that specific issue. Reaching out to our Support team directly is going to be the best option.

 

If you phone or computer is not allowing pop-ups and you are unable to turn the blocker off, you can also give us a call.
