Hello, @nordictipis. How are you trying to access the files? If these are files or videos that were uploaded to the PLUS cloud, where do you not see them? Are you checking via plus.gopro.com? Are you checking on the GoPro App? How were the media uploaded? Which of these methods did you use?

Hi @nordictipis

Are you getting No Files to Import" even when using an SD card adapter?

Please make sure the file structure organization is exactly the same structure when recording on a formatted card. For example, users might tend to change the folder name "100GOPRO" to another naming convention. At which point, Quik for Desktop will NOT allow having the user import the files through the application.

Please make sure to change back the file structure to "100GOPRO" in order to have the files be imported through Quik for Desktop.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks!

Ej

Thanks! @nordictipis

Kindly try this:

Access the files via Finder.

Copy the file folder to your computer then add it as a Media Folder on Quik. See How to Add Media Folders in Quik for desktop\

Once done, format the SD card then try doing some test recordings.

Check it via Quik for desktop and see if the same happens.

Regards,

Ej

Hi @nordictipis

Yes, it should also be uploaded to your PLUS account.

Just make sure you are signed in with the correct account.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks!

@nordictipis, are you able to see the footage in plus.gopro.com through a web browser? If it isn't showing up on the web, check if the file was successfully uploaded to PLUS through Quik for Desktop. See How to Add Media to GoPro PLUS for further reference.

If the media file is accessible via web, make sure that you're signed in to the correct PLUS account in the GoPro App (mobile). You can also try signing out and logging back in.

Additionally, be sure to have the latest version of the GoPro App installed on your mobile device.

Hello, @nordictipis. Please see below for answers to your questions:

(1) How do you usually upload your media? Check out these methods of adding media to PLUS. We suggest that you try them (with sample clips, if you may) to see which one is more efficient on your end).

(2) We'd like to gather more details on this. Does this mean you were uploading only 8 files and you're notified of a total of 10 uploads? How was the upload done? Where did you see the notification?

(3) The Hilights can only be seen when accessed through the same GoPro PLUS account.
