gopro plus membership billing

I keep getting charged $4.99/month for service and the website reports that I cancelled my subscription. Also, a few months ago I reported my hero 7 (the Hero model that came with my Karma drone) had a broken LCD front panel and that I needed a replacement, the agent told me that I did not have an account! I checked and I have been charged for this service, GoPro Plus, for a very long time!

 

Please advise!
