file damaged[ New ]
I have shot 3 files with my hero 5 session. the Sandisk card has given me error for all 3 files on the display.
now, while all 3 files are playable on the go pro gallery, they ARE NOT available on the Go Pro App NOR on my laptop.

Hello, @cartribu. When the camera is paired with the GoPro App, are you able to see a preview of the files? How are you playing back the media on your laptop? Do you use a particular application? Do you get any error message?
