[ New ]Hello, @rockysand83632. How/where did you purchase your PLUS subscription? Were you able to receive a confirmation of the successful purchase? What do you get when you log on to your account through plus.gopro.com?
We used the email address in your Hub profile but we are unable to pull up any record for a PLUS account. Did you use the same email address? Let us know what you find out. Thanks!
