I placed an order on December 04 on your site for a Gopro 9, with subscription, order SO-4312024 on behalf of DESRUMEAUX Pascal, unfortunately I did not receive anything and the UPS carrier sent me an email specifying that my package had returned to you.
I do not wish a refund but to maintain my order.
Please do what is necessary as soon as possible, it is becoming URGENT, and please keep me informed.

@pascald80, the UPS tracking details associated with your Sales Order SO-4312024 shows status "12/16/2020 The package is being returned to the sender because the receiver refused delivery."
