cencel subscribtion pleas help

Hello! On September 24, I bought a subscription to gopro and immediately canceled the subscription. Can anyone answer when I get my money back?

me too, i asked for a refund and they won`t do it. it`s a big company i can`t understand why they want to risk to lose their clients for something like this. if i`m not getting a refund i will defenitly never buying anything from them. there are alternatives on the market.

We see that the initial subscription was cancelled. 

Based on the records, there were several attempts made regarding the payment but were not successful.

The current subscription on the same email address is good until 09/24/2022.

We have checked the records and see that the subscription was canceled on the same day of the renewal.
