can't use cloud [ New ]

I just purchased gopro plus. when I open the gopro app on my samsung phone and click on the cloud icon, it askes me to subscribe. I have allready subscribed to Gopro PLUS, I even subscribed a second time on my phone to see if that worked but it didn't. what have I done wrong or what can i do? please help
