aucun transfert en court

Bonjour

Pourquoi je n'arrive pas a télécharger mes medias de la Max de l'appli Gopro sur le cloud.

J'ai bien paramétré dans les paramètres transfert mobiles et utilisez des données mobiles .

mais çà m'affiche au bout d'un moment aucun transfert en court.

What phone and OS version are you using?

Do you have the latest version of the GoPro App?

 

See if turning Mobile Upload on/off will help. Settings>My Account> Mobile Upload

Relaunch the app before turning it on again.

Also, please check if the correct account is logged in on the app.

J'utilise IOS 13.3.1 avec Iphone 11 pro et pour l'application Gopro c'est 6.16 (3844)

@allan83, how large are the files that you are trying to upload? Are these chaptered files?  

You can also try to force restart the upload process. Though the process should automatically start when your phone is within Wi-Fi range, try the following accordingly: 

  1. Make sure that you're connected to the Wi-Fi network. 
  2. Disable Mobile Upload and Celular Upload (if enabled) in the app. Settings > GoPro Plus > Mobile Upload 
  3. Completely force close out of the app (from the Home screen, swipe up on the app's preview to close the app). 
  4. Re-open the GoPro App. 
  5. Enable Mobile Upload. 

  

The items in the App tab will start to queue up for cloud upload. Successful uploads will briefly display a checkmark. If an item fails to upload, it will be marked with an error icon, and we’ll try the upload again when your device is in range.

Les photos sont bien passées mais les 2 vidéos de 1 minute et 1.08 minute en 360° plus une vidéo de 19 secondes en Héro ne passent pas.

@allan83, thanks for the info. Were you able to successfully force restart the Mobile Upload process in the app?

Bonjour,

Oui j'ai même essayer en déchargeant l'application dans stockage iphone sans la supprimer.

Je l'ai laisser toute la nuit et il n'y a aucun transfert ou même erreur de transfert.

Je suis assez déçu de Goproplus si j'ai autant de problème pour télécharger des vidéos de 1 minute je ne vois pas l'intérêt de continuer mon abonnement.

Sorry to hear about the trouble, @allan83. Upload time is dependent on multiple factors, namely your network speed and the file size of your content. If you are using a wireless network, ensure that your device has a stable Wi-Fi connection.  
 
Note: To begin a mobile upload, your device needs at least 120 percent of the total file size of your upload available in storage. For example, if a content contains 1GB of data, your device needs 1.2GB available storage to start uploading.
