Hi @heefler

 

We were able to pull up an active subscription using the email address on your Hub profile.

Make sure you are signed in with the same email on the app.

Thanks for reply... I just needed to sign out and then back in. Its on the app now. It’s all good!!

Same issue here. Bought a 9 with subscription and even already signed in and out.

Unfortunately without any effect.

Hello, @nilsb52412. We used the email address on your Hub profile but we do not see an active subscription associated with it. We see that you have been in touch with Support and were provided information on how to get the subscription. Feel free to post back should you have other concerns or questions.
