When my GoPro is plugged in, it isn't uploading to cloud [ New ]

My media won't upload to the cloud on the mobile app. I have the subscription and I have auto upload on with mobile upload and cellular upload on. My question is basically: How do I make it so that when my GoPro is plugged in, the media auto uploads to the cloud. And how do you set up a home WiFi thing for the GoPro? GoPro Hero 9 Black

Please try resetting the camera and the app connection.
