Just FYI to everyone, GoPro's ModusLink company warranty return service is significantly backlogged. They are not responding to requests from Customer Support on warranty issues, or 30 day guaranteed returns. They are not issuing credits to your credit cards, etc. They received my items over two weeks ago and not only is no status available, but the ModusLink folks don't even respond to the customer support folks. Customer support states that they have escalated my RMAs but all they can do is wait to hear back from the ModusLink folks...and they acknowledge that they've already been waiting 2 weeks to hear back.
Does anyone know who the VP of Customer Service is at GoPro?
