Unable toregister Karma on my Plus account [ New ]

I have a GoPro 7 registered to my Plus account but my Karma is not. I have had the drone from new for several years. When asked to enter the serial number on the battery box i am told that it is invalid. I tried to do the same from the serial number given on the controler screen (not the same as on the battery box) and the same happened. Will I be able to register the drone and if so how?

Hello, @bluedive50315. You should be able to add the Karma drone/core as a device under your GoPro Subscription. Make sure that you enter the correct and complete serial number as indicated in the image below.
