The worst support do not purchase the Plus service

First GoPro camera and less then 6 months the USB C port melted. Luckily I purchased the "no questions asked" GoPro Plus service, or should be "questions asked". I was told that the melted USB C port was not covered. After some back and forth, they finally agreed to replace the unit. 


Fast forward... They received my Hero 8 on 8/6 and today I contacted support. According to support they do not have any stock to replace the camera and not sure when replacement units will arrive. Really!!! I paid for the GoPro Plus service and I have to give them a minus.


Now if I was to go on their website to buy I Hero 8, it would arrive in 2 days. However, an existing customer, paid extra for their subscription service, I have to wait? No wonder why they are losing market share.
