Such a BAD EXPERIENCE

Don't buy GoPro from their website, it's a nightmare experience. I ordered a Gopro9 on their Canada website, despite I need to pay shipping and duty, I received a used/open box camera after 2 weeks. This new camera's software is so slow and laggy. Can't use it at all.
And if you want to get a refund on your Gopro subscription, it's just impossible! I already wait for one month and still didn't get it

it’s been open for month, and nothing changed since last month. No wonder DJI and Insta one will take the market soon or later
