@pavelb43, I was able to locate your annual Quik subscription using the email address on your Support Hub. Please make sure that you have the correct account signed in to the app. You can also try to log out and sign back in.

If you continue to experience issues, we'd like to gather more details to help work this through for you. Could you please tell us more about your workflow and the subscription issue with the GoPro Quik app?

I have check it, account is correct. I also made re-loggin several times.

 

I work with a project at GoPro Quick on my iPad. When I try add files to project from iPad, app invite me to subscribe. I agree but app reports an error.

App Version is 10.1 (6008)

Unfortunately a have no another device.

It's very strange to use another device instead of correct the app, don't you think so? )

Hi @pavelb43

 

Testing on another device will help isolate the issue.

That said, we can proceed with uninstalling the app as part of the troubleshooting steps.

Make sure to save any important files before proceeding.

Deleting the app will also delete all data saved on the app.

 

Reinstall the app and make sure you are logged in with the correct subscription account.

Let us know how it goes.

I am ready to reinstall the app for my iPad. But how I can synchronize it with an app on iPhone to save materials before reinstalling?
