Hello, @wildy9. We used the email address associated with your Hub profile and we see an active subscription associated with it. Where do you not see the subscription recognized? Is it on the Quik app or through GoPro.com?

Hi, I try to set up auto download using my email address ***. I bought the subscription under this email address.

Changed email back to ***@outlook.com, but still will not recognise subscription on the app

Hello, @wildy9. The active subscription that we see is associated with the first email address that you posted (not the Outlook one). 

 

What do you get when you log in to GoPro.com using this email address? Is the subscription recognized?

 

If so, try signing out of the Quik app, then restart your device, sign back in, and see if your subscription will already be detected. If not, please send us a screenshot of what you see on the app, as well as on GoPro.com. Thanks!
