Subscription not refunded [ New ]

Hello

I had returned a bundle package in early March. I have since received my refund for the hardware from the bundle on March15 but have yet to receive a refund for the subscription. #RF-168803. Can you please look into this as to when I should be receiving this refund.

Hello, @jandil22 and @oliviero66. We were able to pull up your Support cases and we see that the request for a refund for the canceled subscription has been submitted. At this time, there is no time frame as to when the amount will be reflected on your account.
