Subscribe to Quik: Video Editor App[ New ]
On June 1, 2021, I made a payment in the AppStore (for family access) for an annual subscription to the Quik: Video Editor app. The payment was completed. Registered with email email@example.com. The app then informs you: "You have a free subscription. And asks to pay."
I go to the Restore purchases section. Writes Failed. "This receipt is used in another account." I tried to register in the app with an Apple ID. The same situation.
I ask you to restore access to the account and change the registration with the linked username. ***@mail.ru and link the registration to my Apple ID (firstname.lastname@example.org).
