Replacement camera under subsription / GoProPlus

I have now tried sebveral tiimes to contact support over a period of at least 4 weeks in order to get a replacement for the camera whch was damaged several weeks ago.

I have filled in the contact form numerous times and requested callbacks /  a chat. Basiocally I am getting nowhere. Please could someone make contact with me as I am not getting what I am paying for!

Hello, @duncanb43478. We used the email address in your Hub profile but we are not able to pull up any record of a contact request from you. Would you have the case number? No I dont have anything like that as I have never managed to get anyone to acknowledge my requests.
