Hi GoPro,

Ref order MP-04291653, I have been billed twice for this - 2 x £279.99 and both payments have left my account. I have also signed up for Gopro Plus and you have asked for 2 x £4.99 payments. Please contact me to sort this out. Thanks.

I have tried web chat and it wont let me speak to someone because it say's that I have a call back waiting, this is from Thursday 13th August! I've been waiting on a web chat for 2 hours, even though wait time is stated as 13 minutes. 

Come on GoPro this is just getting ridiculous!

Idem io è da giorni che tento di contattarli, ma ne tramite chat ne tramite chiamata riesco.

Ho la GoPro da far sostituire in quanto non funziona ed ho pure fatto l'abbonamento GoPro Plus, ma niente!

Hello, How do I get a 'Call back request'? I have a faulty Gopro Hero8 and I have GoPro PLUS. Online chat doesn't work even with changed browser etc. I have been trying for a couple of hours. Is there a phone number for Gopro UK? Is it always this hard to contact GoPro? Thanks.
