[ New ]Hi,
I'm having trouble using auto transfer via the iPhone app. I can connect to my GoPro 7 Black but none of the passwords I try work. Which one should I use? The one that i can find on my GoPro under "Preferences> Connections> Camera Info" or the password for my GoPro account?

Were you given a 4 digit PIN?
You may need to run a manual update if it's still the same. https://gopro.com/en/us/update/hero4

If connecting the camera to the app on your phone, you need the Password listed on Cam Info.
If it does not work, you may need to reset the connections.
Remove your camera entry from the GoPro App's history.
iOS: Open GoPro App. Tap the pencil icon in the top-left corner of the Camera menu page. Tap the red X icon to delete the camera entry from your app’s history.
Delete the GoPro camera under the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi entries in your mobile device’s settings before attempting to re-pair to your GoPro.

[ New ]Thank you for the Quick reply. Unfortuneatley it did not work. I get the same message that there’s the wrong password.
Is there any way to reset the password or what else can I do to make it work?
