Paid for subscription twice
[ New ]I have bought the Hero 9 bundle, which I thought was £329.98, as advertised. I bought subscription as I thought I needed to to get this discount price, and was then charged £379.98 for the camera - which I guess is the camera at £329.98 plus another subscription. So I think I have paid twice for subscription. Order number SO-4170892. Please advise.

[ New ]Hello @chrisa15367. Sales Order SO-4170892 shows that it was purchased with a camera discount for existing GoPro subscribers. There's no annual GoPro Subscription associated with it. This also means that you're already subscribed to GoPro when the order was placed.
I was also able to locate your GoPro Subscription profile and it shows that the subscription was purchased on the same day through gopro.com.
The Subscribe to GoPro Bundle discount applies to a new purchase of an annual subscription to GoPro combined with a purchase of a full-priced. For further reference, please see the terms and conditions of the Subscribe to GoPro Bundle promo.

[ New ]Thanks for the reply. I couldn’t access the offer at £329.98 so I assumed I needed to be a subscriber already, so I purchased a subscription. Can I now cancel that subscription therefore and have a refund? Thanks
