Order Support not working ! #SO-4102925

I have not been able to contact you via chat or phone.
I have bought the Hero8 bundle (HERO8 Black, Flash Memory 32, GoPro Plus annual subscription) with a total of 229.99 GBP after discount (Order #SO-4102925). However, my credit card was charged again separately for a GoPro annual subscription (49.99 GBP, invoice #INV09919811) totaling my payment to 279.98 GBP. I thought the GoPro annual subscription is part of the bundle deal! Please correct me if I misunderstood the deal.

Sorry if you are having trouble getting through.
The subscription and the camera may appear as two separate charges but should still amount to the promo price.
Would you be able to share a screenshot of the actual charges?
It will also be best if you can share this with the Support at https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs
Should you encounter any issue scheduling a callback or a live chat, please ensure that you are not blocking cookies and have your pop-up blocker disabled.
You may also try using another browser or going on incognito mode.

We see the total charge for the order at £229.99.
Is this possibly just an authorization charge and not an actual charge?

I am afraid not! My credit card was charged separately for the GoPro subscription with a separate invoice (attached below) and I have double-checked with my bank to confirm. I have been trying to contact customer support but it's totally useless since I can't get to anybody neither through chat nor call request! I would appreciate the help.
