Not traceable subscription

Hello, i tried talking to the assistance team but they never actually solved my problem.

Basically, my card is associated with an account i used once to place an order and now i don't remember anything about that account. The point is GoPro keeps charging my credit card with the monthly subscription fee. I asked them to tell me at least what account is that or to block the subscription but they just don't seem to be capable of doing this.

Anyone has advices on this matter? I don't want to block my card over this and the gopro assistance is the worst ever, i keep waiting with the message "Hang on while we connect you to an agent" but nothing happens, it's been like 3 hours now (and everytime is like this).
