Hello, @solti121. Our team is already looking into the issue of the PLUS media not showing up in the GoPro App. We will keep you posted once we have new information. 

 

As for the connection issue, please make sure that your phone is updated to the latest OS version and that you have the latest version of the GoPro App installed as well.

 

After the updates, restart your phone and try pairing with the camera again. Connectivity should be working this time. 

 

If the issue persists, reset Wi-Fi connection by forgetting GoPro first from the list of Wi-Fi networks on your phone settings and deleting it from the list of Bluetooth devices. Also, remove the camera from the list on the GoPro App. Reset camera following steps here, then pair your phone and camera again.

J'ai le même problème ! je suis capable de voir mes médias téléchargés dans mon compte en allant sur gopro.com mais je vois rien dans l'onglet "icloud" de l'application. sur mon iphone X et mon ipad mini 4. svp pouvez-vous régler ce problème car ça fait très longtemps qu'on en parle et pas encore corrigé...
