And here is what I paid for.....advertising free 12 months cloud storage. So where is the discount I get that you mentioned ? I can't see it. I now have actual phone recording and screen shots of this. And as mentioned and proven in my previous screen shot THERE IS NO OPTION TO REQUEST CALL BACK !

Twice they called me. First time they hanged up straight away after my phone rang twice, then they ran again. I picked up then they hanged up. What a joke

My free 1year subscription was charged with 60 £. No reaction on my support ticket. They closed it in the meantime.

Hello, @neon-euc. Referencing the image you attached for the invoice, those items labeled as web discounts are discounts you got for the subscription you had at the time of purchase. The very first item is the discount on the camera.
